Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Panoramic Tours. By creating an account or uploading anything, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy page.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, and give an email address that is yours.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time on your Account page.

Your content

• What you upload stays yours. You allow us to store it, process it (for example stitching photos into a panorama, or making smaller versions), and show it to the people you choose: everyone for public tours, people with the link for private ones. We use it only to run the site for you.
• Only upload images you took yourself, or have permission to use.
• Respect other people. Don't publish panoramas of private homes or places without the owner's permission, and don't show people who could be recognised without their consent.
• Don't upload anything illegal, or anything sexual, violent, hateful, or that harasses or exposes someone.

We may remove content, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these rules. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why.

Fair use

Accounts have limits on storage, number of tours and stitching jobs per day, shown on the Tours page. Don't try to get round them, or to disrupt the site or access other people's private tours.

The service

• We work to keep the site running and your tours safe, but it's provided as it is, without guarantees. It may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change.
• Keep your own copies of your original images. The site is not a backup service.
• If we ever close the site, we'll give account holders reasonable notice by email.
• As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using the site or by it being unavailable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll email account holders about important changes. If you keep using the site afterwards, the new terms apply.
